The ninth annual joint Association of Energy Service Professionals - Northeast
Energy Efficiency Council conference will be held on Tuesday October 20 in
Westborough, MA. The conference will examine the results of economic and political
forces re-focusing the U.S. on how we use energy and how efficiency is emerging
as a common element of new energy and climate policies. Utility representatives
and government officials will discuss the new policies and how they will be

The Northeast Energy Efficiency Council is forming a New York state chapter. The
NY chapter is being established to provide a vehicle for the efficiency industry
to participate in the on-going Efficiency Portfolio Standard proceeding before
