
The eighth annual joint Association of Energy Service Professionals

Northeast Energy Efficiency Council conference will be held on
Thursday
October 16 in Marlborough, MA. The conference will examine the
results of
economic and political forces re-focusing the U.S. on how we use
energy and
how efficiency is emerging as a common element of new energy and
climate
policies. Utility representatives and government officials will
discuss the
